Patient Information
What to expect when you visit.
Your First Visit
We strongly uphold the principle that every patient deserves personalized care. Therefore, one of our primary objectives during your initial visit is to get to know you as an individual. During this appointment, you’ll have the opportunity to openly discuss your concerns and expectations with Dr. Kondur and our team. By reviewing your x-rays, assessing the condition of your oral health, and delving into your personal information we can effectively serve as advisors in your dental care.
To honor your valuable time, we meticulously plan our appointments. Anticipate spending approximately 1-1 ½ hours during your initial visit. This timeframe is designed to ensure that we can dedicate quality time to your needs and assist you in making informed dental choices. At this first meeting, we will determine future appointments, discuss estimated fees, and review financial arrangements. We strongly recommend inviting your spouse, friend, or family member to accompany you to this significant appointment, particularly if they will play an active role in your treatment or financial decision-making process.
While our objective is generally to complete the examination and consultation in one visit, we may schedule a follow-up consultation at a later date for patients with more complex treatment needs.
We are committed to providing comprehensive patient education and adopt a “no surprises” approach to patient care. We will always communicate with your general dentist through written correspondence and, if necessary, personal phone calls, ensuring that the entire healthcare team remains well-informed about each other’s treatment recommendations.
Please be aware that there is a fee associated with the initial examination and consultation. To streamline your initial visit, kindly assist us by providing the following information:
